          *Please Read*
1. $25 per 10x10 indoor space. First come first serve basis as space is limited. 
2. All fees are non-refundable as they are used to promote the event and as part of the fundraiser for this 4H event as sponsored by the Kyle 4-H Club.
3. Electricity is available on a limited basis, but you must provide all extension cords and supplies.
4. You may set up on DATE*******from 1:00-8:00 pm at your own risk. The event will run on DATE******* with check in and set-up from 7:00 am to 9:00 am, with the show starting at 9:00 am.
Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition they found it in.
5. Most products are allowed as long as you have all the up-to-date licenses. Please keep in mind this is a youth organization and we reserve the right to censor any booth we feel is not appropriate for a youth sponsored event.
6. While the facility is managed and will be secured every evening, the Fancy Feathers Show, 4-H of Hays County, nor the Dripping Springs Event Center will be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise or equipment, nor are they responsible for any injury, illness, or other loss including to COVID. Please follow the CDC recommendations per testing, mask wearing and social distancing.
7. Vendors must provide all documentation for PT testing and Texas Animal Health Commission Fowl Registration permit if selling fowl of any age and both fowl and rabbits must be free of disease and parasites. Please follow all local and state laws regarding the sale of whichever goods or merchandise you’re selling and provide a copy of all required certificates when submitting this form.
8. If selling rabbits, an AWA license may apply-see local laws
